What are your watch bands made of?
Every design is printed except two on Apple Watch: Olive Keffiyeh and Hieroglyphs, which are engraved. Apple Watch bands are soft silicone with a stainless steel buckle. WHOOP bands are breathable woven nylon. More on the materials page.

Which watches are zamani bands compatible with?
The bands on this store fit:

  • Every Apple Watch, from Series 1 to Ultra 3, including SE (choose S or L for your case size)

Is it compatible with Whoop?
The WHOOP bands on this store fit WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG. They do not fit WHOOP 4.0 or older.

zamani is a Dubai brand. Orders placed on this store ship from our Asia fulfilment centre, closer to you.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery usually takes 7 to 11 business days to Malaysia, 4 to 8 business days to Singapore, 4 to 7 business days to the United States and 3 to 6 business days to the United Kingdom and Australia. Your estimated delivery window is confirmed in your shipping confirmation email, together with your tracking link.

Do you ship internationally?
This store delivers to Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. For every other country, visit zamanistore.com.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Singapore: import duties and taxes are handled as part of delivery, so there is normally nothing extra to pay. Malaysia: for now, there may be a small amount to pay when you receive your order. United States, United Kingdom and Australia: import duties or taxes may apply, depending on local rules. If you are asked for a payment and are unsure, email [email protected] before paying. Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?
Orders on this store ship from our Asia fulfilment centre, so there is no need to send anything back. If there is a problem, email us photos within 14 days of delivery and we will refund or replace. For details, see our Refund Policy.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. You can choose a full refund or a free replacement, and you do not need to return the item.

Can I exchange my product for a different size or color?
If your Apple Watch band does not fit, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the band next to your watch and we will send you the right size at no extra cost. We can do this once per order. WHOOP bands come in one size, so there is nothing to swap. We are not able to exchange for a different design after delivery. For details, see our Refund Policy.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
No. The set price is the only discount on this store: make a set of 2 for 10% off, or 3 or more for 25% off.

Care and Maintenance

How do I clean my zamani watch bands?
We recommend cleaning your bands with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to maintain their quality and appearance.

Can I get it wet?
We haven’t tested it in water, so we make no claim either way. To clean it, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners.

How do I change my Apple Watch band?
No tools needed. Turn the watch face-down, press the button on the back where the band connects, and slide the band out. Slide the new band in from the same direction until it clicks into place. Repeat for the other end. Works the same way on all Apple Watch models.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once your order has been packed at our fulfilment centre, we can no longer change or cancel it.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate the issue and assist you.

Will the band lose its color or stretch over time?

The designs are made to last, but light ones, especially mostly white ones, can fade or discolour with long wear.

Do you offer custom designs or engraving?
Currently, we don’t offer custom designs or engraving. However, we love feedback! If you have a design suggestion, feel free to reach out.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts for corporate orders and special events. Contact us for more information.
