Will it fit my watch?
Fits WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG. It does not fit WHOOP 4.0 or older.
What if I choose the wrong size?
WHOOP bands come in one size, so there is nothing to get wrong. Just check your model.
How much is shipping?
Tracked shipping to Singapore is a flat S$8.00 per order. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Something wrong with your order? We refund or replace it.
Can I get it wet?
We haven't tested it in water, so we make no claim either way. To clean it, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners.
Can I give it as a gift?
Buying for someone else? Apple Watch needs a size, S or L. If it's wrong, we swap it once, free, within 14 days. WHOOP has no size to choose.
Do I pay customs or import duties?
Singapore: import duties and taxes are handled as part of delivery, so there is normally nothing extra to pay. If you are asked for a payment and are unsure, email [email protected] before paying. See the shipping policy.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us photos within 14 days of delivery and we refund or replace it, with no need to send it back. See the refund policy.
