What if I choose the wrong size?

Wrong Apple Watch size? We swap it once, free, within 14 days. Email us a photo of the band next to your watch and we send the right size.

How much is shipping?

Tracked shipping to Australia is a flat A$9.00 per order. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Something wrong with your order? We refund or replace it.

Can I get it wet?

We haven't tested it in water, so we make no claim either way. To clean it, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners.

Can I give it as a gift?

Buying for someone else? Apple Watch needs a size, S or L. If it's wrong, we swap it once, free, within 14 days. WHOOP has no size to choose.

Do I pay customs or import duties?

Import duties or taxes may apply, depending on your country's rules. If you are asked for a payment and are unsure, email [email protected] before paying. See the shipping policy.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
