Where your order ships from

zamani is a Dubai brand. Orders placed on this store are packed and shipped from our Asia fulfilment centre, closer to you.

Shipping fee

A flat shipping fee applies to every order, whatever its size: MYR 25 in Malaysia, SGD 8 in Singapore, USD 6 in the United States, GBP 5 in the United Kingdom and AUD 9 in Australia.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 7 to 11 business days to Malaysia, 4 to 8 business days to Singapore, 4 to 7 business days to the United States and 3 to 6 business days to the United Kingdom and Australia. Your shipping confirmation email includes your tracking link, so you can follow your parcel all the way. Deliveries can occasionally take longer because of customs checks, weather or public holidays.

Customs, duties and taxes

Singapore: import duties and taxes are handled as part of delivery, so there is normally nothing extra to pay. Malaysia: for now, there may be a small amount to pay when you receive your order. United States, United Kingdom and Australia: import duties or taxes may apply, depending on local rules. If you are asked for a payment and are unsure, email [email protected] before paying.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Address details

Please check your delivery address and phone number before you place your order. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we will help you get it reshipped, but the new shipping cost may apply.

Late or missing parcels

If your parcel seems stuck or its tracking has not moved for a while, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will chase it with the courier.
