Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you visit or buy from our online store at intl.zamanistore.com (the “Store”), which serves customers in Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.

1. Who we are

The Store is run by One Bit FZ LLC, trading as zamani (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. We decide how and why your personal data is used. For any privacy question or request, contact our data protection contact at [email protected].

2. What we collect

  • Contact and delivery details: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery address.
  • Order details: what you buy, prices, the country store you bought from, discount codes, and your order history.
  • Payment details: card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only limited details from Stripe, such as the card type, the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email, our contact form or WhatsApp, and our replies.
  • Your choices: whether you agreed to receive marketing by email or WhatsApp, and when.
  • Device and usage data: your IP address, approximate location (country), browser and device type, the pages you view and what you add to your cart, collected through cookies and similar tools (see section 6).

3. How we use it

  • To take your order, take payment, pack and deliver it, and send you order and delivery updates.
  • To help with questions, refunds and replacements.
  • To prevent fraud and misuse of the Store.
  • To send you news, new designs and offers by email or WhatsApp, only if you agreed to it. You can stop these at any time (see section 8).
  • To understand how the Store is used and improve it, and to measure and show our advertising.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the companies that help us run the Store, and only what each one needs:

  • Stripe, to process card payments.
  • Our fulfilment partner and delivery couriers, who receive your name, delivery address and phone number to pack and deliver your order. Orders are packed and shipped from our fulfilment centre in China.
  • Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), to understand how the Store is used, and Google’s email service, which we use to send emails.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta pixel, to measure our ads and show them to relevant people.
  • Our website host and Cloudflare, which run and protect the Store.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

5. Sending data abroad

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our service providers work in other countries, including China, the United States and countries in Europe and Asia. This means your personal data is transferred outside your country. We choose providers that commit to protecting personal data, and we share only what each one needs.

6. Cookies and similar tools

The Store uses cookies to keep your cart and your country store choice, and analytics and advertising cookies from Google and Meta. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Store still works, but your cart may not be saved between visits. You can also limit personalised ads from Google and Meta.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep your marketing choices until you unsubscribe, and keep a record that you unsubscribed so we do not contact you again. Other data is deleted or anonymised when we no longer need it.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Marketing: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. To stop WhatsApp messages, email us.
  • Access and correction: you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
  • Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw your consent to us using your personal data. If this means we cannot complete an order, we will tell you.
  • Deletion: you can ask us to delete your data, except where we must keep it by law.

9. Security

The Store uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), payments are handled by Stripe, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

10. Children

The Store is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
